Not every item can be accepted for transportation. Acceptance depends on the shipment, the vehicle, the route and applicable law, and some categories may be declined at pickup. If you are unsure whether an item can move with Dropo, ask before requesting the delivery. Detailed prohibited-item rules are maintained on the prohibited items page and may be updated as Dropo formalizes its policies.

  • Pack so contents stay contained and stable in transit.
  • Keep pickup and delivery areas clear for safe loading.
  • Flag heavy, sharp or awkward items before pickup.
  • Share site rules such as PPE, check-in or dock procedures.
  • Provide accurate weight so the right vehicle is assigned.
