These are required for the website to function and cannot be switched off. Dropo currently uses them to:

• keep saved request drafts, such as an in-progress delivery request or estimate;
• maintain sign-in and session state for business and driver accounts;
• support core security and routing behavior.

These values are stored in your browser. Consent and draft values persist until you clear them or your browser clears its storage; session values are removed when the tab is closed.

Analytics technologies help us understand which pages are used so we can improve them. They remain inactive until you allow the Analytics category. Dropo does not activate analytics technologies that require consent before that consent is given.

Functional technologies power optional conveniences and enhanced experiences, such as remembering non-essential display preferences. They remain inactive until you allow the Functional category.

If Dropo later uses advertising or campaign-measurement technologies, they will be placed in the Marketing category and will remain inactive until you allow that category. Consenting to customer support is never treated as consent to advertising.

Dropo does not currently load optional third-party advertising or tracking scripts on this website. If a third-party service — for example a live chat provider used by Dropo support — is introduced, its cookies will be categorized here and gated by your consent choice before loading.

Welly, the Dropo support assistant, uses only strictly necessary browser storage to keep your conversation in the current session. Any optional third-party support technology introduced in the future will respect your cookie preferences.

You can reopen the preference center at any time using Cookie Preferences in this page or the Cookie Preferences link in the website footer. You can also delete or block cookies through your browser settings, though blocking strictly necessary storage may prevent dashboards, forms and saved drafts from working.

If our technologies or policy change materially, we may ask you to renew your choice. Consent records include a version so we can tell which disclosure you agreed to.
