These terms apply when a business requests, schedules or manages a delivery through Dropo. Quotes depend on the pickup and drop-off details, shipment size, timing and vehicle required.

Businesses are responsible for accurate shipment information, appropriate packaging, legal goods, recipient details and payment according to the terms shown for each delivery.

Delivery windows are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather, access restrictions or recipient availability. Proof of delivery is recorded through the Dropo delivery workflow.
