TRUST & SAFETY
Safety is how Dropo moves.
Every Dropo delivery involves real people, real vehicles and real goods. This is where we publish the standards that protect them — the conduct we expect, the safety requirements we hold delivery professionals to, what may not be shipped, and how to report a concern.
Policies effective September 11, 2026.
OUR COMMITMENT
Six things we hold the network to.
Dropo is a delivery network before it is software. These commitments are what make the network worth trusting.
Safe deliveries
No delivery deadline justifies unsafe operation. Safe vehicles, safe loading and safe driving come before any service commitment.
Responsible delivery professionals
Screening, licensing, registration and insurance requirements are verified before activation and re-verified as documents change.
Shipment protection
Shipments belong to someone else. Handling standards, proof of delivery and incident reporting protect every load in transit.
Respectful conduct
Harassment, discrimination and intimidation have no place at a dock, a doorstep or in the Dropo application.
Business accountability
Businesses describe shipments accurately, provide safe pickup conditions and treat delivery professionals professionally.
Platform integrity
Falsified documents, manipulated delivery records, fraud and account sharing are reviewed and acted on.

REPORT AN INCIDENT
Something happened on a Dropo delivery?
Drivers, businesses, recipients and anyone else involved in a Dropo delivery can report a safety incident, an accident, an injury, a lost or damaged shipment, harassment, suspected fraud or another serious concern.
If there is immediate danger, injury, fire or a crime in progress, call 911 or your local emergency service first.
