Drivers
Delivery persons must maintain the insurance required by applicable law and by Dropo eligibility rules for every state where they operate, and must provide current proof of coverage when requested.
Shippers
Businesses must package and declare shipments accurately. Dropo does not automatically provide insurance equal to the retail value of shipments. Any declared-value protection applies only when it is expressly offered and accepted for a Delivery Order.
Access Point partners
Partners maintain the insurance set out in Dropo's active Partner Insurance Requirements.
