LEGAL

Terms of Service

Effective Date: January 1, 2026

These terms are provided for transparency and are not legal advice. Dropo may update them as our services evolve.

These terms apply to your use of Dropo's delivery and logistics services, website and apps. By requesting a delivery or driving with Dropo, you agree to them.

1. Our Services

Dropo arranges and performs delivery and freight transportation centered on the Dallas–Fort Worth area, including eligible regional destinations generally within approximately 350 driving miles of DFW. Service availability varies by pickup location, delivery destination, vehicle requirements, shipment type, driver availability and other operational factors. No destination is guaranteed by ZIP code or distance alone.

2. Requests and Quotes

Quotes are based on the information you provide, including addresses, package size, weight and service level. If actual details differ materially, pricing or feasibility may change and we will let you know before proceeding where practical.

3. Your Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate pickup and drop-off details and contact information.
  • Package items appropriately for transport.
  • Ensure someone is available to hand off or receive the shipment as arranged.
  • Comply with all applicable laws regarding the goods being transported.

4. Prohibited Items

You may not ship illegal goods, hazardous or dangerous materials, weapons, live animals, or anything Dropo is not licensed or equipped to transport. We may refuse or stop a delivery that violates this section.

5. Delivery Timing

Estimated pickup and delivery times are estimates. Traffic, weather, access restrictions and recipient availability can affect timing. Dropo works to keep you informed through live tracking and status updates.

6. Proof of Delivery

Deliveries are completed with digital proof of delivery — a photo, signature, or both. Proof of delivery is our record that a shipment was completed as instructed.

7. Payment

Charges are due according to the pricing presented at the time of the request or the terms of your business account. Late or failed payment may pause service.

8. Drivers

Drivers must maintain a valid license, current insurance, a suitable vehicle and pass verification. Drivers are responsible for operating safely and handling business goods professionally on every delivery.

9. Claims and Liability

If a shipment is lost or damaged, contact us promptly so we can investigate using delivery records and proof of delivery. To the extent permitted by law, Dropo's liability is limited to the amounts and terms communicated for the applicable service.

10. Cancellation

Requests can be cancelled before pickup. Cancellations made after a driver has been dispatched or has arrived may incur a charge.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as our services change. Continued use of Dropo after an update means you accept the revised terms.
