Dropo has a zero-tolerance policy for impairment while providing delivery services.
The rule
A delivery person logged into or actively performing services through Dropo must not be under the influence of alcohol, illegal drugs, impairing substances or any other substance that makes driving or package handling unsafe.
Reporting a concern
Anyone who reasonably suspects a delivery person is impaired can report it immediately through the Dropo Trust & Safety reporting page or Dropo Support. If there is an immediate danger, contact emergency services first.
What Dropo does
On receiving a report, Dropo may immediately suspend the delivery person's access to delivery opportunities while it investigates, and retains complaint records as required by applicable law.
Governing law: Texas. Provided by Dropo LLC.
